From the Pampas of Argentina and the Tulip
fields of Holland, Via the Caribbean, Florida and New Hampshire, Restauranteurs Jose Luis
and Catherine Pawelek have come full circle.
While working
at Resorts, Hotels, Cruise Lines and Restaurants, throughout the Globe, the Paweleks cultivated their love of the Hospitality
Industry and Restaurants.
They met while working on a Cruise
Ship in the Caribbean 30 years ago, she as a blackjack dealer, he as a bartender. They worked together to build
a Travel Agency and School as well as 3 successful restaurants in the Miami area, before moving
to the White Mountains of New Hampshire where they purchased and ran a Full service Country Inn
and Restaurant for 6 years.
Returning back to the sunny shores of Florida
(Saint Petersburg), they opened their restaurant in the waterfront community of Gulfport "Elements Global
Cuisine", In 2008 they had the opportunity to sell their restaurant and house and move to Las
Vegas.
After 3 months of intense searching throughout
Las Vegas, they found the perfect location that gave them a sense of community (Spanish
Trail area) and the ability to introduce their new concept restaurant. This is where Chef Jose Luis'
shines with is home-made Bread, smaller plates (tapas) & Main courses & Pastry Chef Catherine showcases her desserts,
chutney & world famous Martini List (252 varieties and counting).
"Our Menu is what happens when you take Tropical Floribbean, Flavorful
Asian, Wood Grilled South American and the Classics" says Chef Jose Luis "and create a fusion of flavors and styles
with a dose of fun. We call it "Comfort Food with a Touch of Sophistication".
